Shuffle Shuffle

Responsible Gaming

Shuffle is committed to offering a safe and fair gaming environment. This page explains how we support responsible play, what tools you can use to stay in control, and where to find help if gambling stops being fun.

Gambling as Entertainment

Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a way to make money or solve financial problems. Never chase losses or gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. If you feel that gambling is affecting your life, relationships, or finances, it may be time to take a step back.

Tools to Stay in Control

Shuffle provides several built-in tools to help you manage your play:

- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. These limits apply immediately. - Loss limits: Choose a maximum amount you’re willing to lose over a set period. - Session time limits: Decide how long you can play in one sitting. - Reality checks: Receive reminders at intervals you choose during active play. - Cooling-off periods: Take a short break from gambling for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your account will be locked during this time. - Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from Shuffle for a minimum of six months. This action is irreversible until the chosen period ends.

You can adjust most limits downward at any time, and the change takes effect right away. If you want to increase a limit, a 24-hour waiting period applies before the new amount becomes active. This delay helps ensure decisions are thoughtful, not impulsive.

To access these tools, log in to your account and go to the “Responsible Gaming” section under your profile settings.

Recognizing Warning Signs

Problem gambling can develop slowly. Watch for these signs:, Spending more time or money than intended, Lying about how much you’ve gambled, Trying to win back losses by gambling more, Feeling restless or irritable when not gambling, Neglecting work, family, or responsibilities because of gambling

If any of these sound familiar, consider using our tools or reaching out for support. There’s no shame in asking for help.

Getting Help

Free, confidential support is available through national services. The National Council on Problem Gambling operates a 24/7 helpline at 1-800-522-4700. You can also visit their website for chat support, local resources, and information about state-specific programs. Many states offer their own counseling and self-exclusion options through the state gaming regulator.

Protecting Minors

Shuffle only allows players aged 18 or older. We verify age and identity during registration and before your first withdrawal. If you share a device with minors, consider installing parental control software like Net Nanny or K9 Web Protection to block access to gambling sites.

Account and Play Rules

You may open only one account with Shuffle. Multiple accounts violate our terms and may result in closure and forfeiture of funds. All players must complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawing winnings. This process confirms you are who you say you are, prevents fraud, and supports anti-money laundering efforts.

Bonuses come with clear terms: wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum cashout limits. Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts or exploiting system errors, will void offers and may lead to account restrictions.

Inactive accounts (no login for 12 months) may incur a small monthly fee after notice. Fair play matters: collusion, bots, or fraudulent chargebacks are prohibited and can result in permanent bans.

If you have a complaint, contact our support team first. If unresolved, you may escalate the issue to your state gaming regulator.

Privacy and Data Use

We collect personal data to run your account securely: name, address, ID documents, payment details, and technical information like IP addresses. This data helps us prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and deliver service.

We do not sell your data. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification partners, or regulators when required by law. Records are kept as long as needed for legal, tax, or regulatory reasons. Typically up to five years after account closure.

You have rights under U.S. Privacy laws: to see your data, correct errors, request deletion (where permitted), and object to certain uses. To exercise these rights, email our privacy team through the contact form in your account.

All data sent between your device and Shuffle is encrypted. Access to your information is restricted to authorized staff only.

Licensing and Oversight

Shuffle operates under a license issued by a state gaming regulator. This ensures games are fair, payouts are accurate, and player funds are protected. Our random number generators are regularly tested by independent labs. Any changes to our terms or policies will be posted on-site with advance notice where practical.
