Shuffle Shuffle

Self-Exclusion

This page explains how Shuffle supports responsible gambling. It covers the tools you can use to control your play, signs that gambling may be causing harm, and where to find help. We also outline our policies on account management, privacy, and fair play.

Responsible Gambling Tools

Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money. If you feel your play is becoming a problem, these tools can help you stay in control:

- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can add to your account. Limits take effect right away. Raising a limit requires a 24-hour waiting period. - Loss limits: Restrict how much you can lose over a set time. Like deposit limits, reductions apply immediately; increases carry a delay. - Session time limits: Decide how long you can play in one sitting. The system logs you out when the time is up. - Reality checks: Choose how often you receive pop-up reminders showing your session length and net win or loss. - Cooling-off periods: Pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. You cannot reverse this early. - Self-exclusion: Lock your account for a minimum of six months. During this time, you cannot log in, deposit, or play. Reactivation requests are reviewed only after the chosen period ends.

To set or adjust any of these, go to your account settings under “Responsible Gambling.” All changes are confirmed instantly unless noted above.

Recognizing Problem Gambling

Ask yourself these questions honestly:, Do you chase losses by betting more?, Have you lied to family or friends about how much you gamble?, Do you feel restless or irritable when trying to cut down?, Has gambling affected your work, relationships, or finances?

If you answered yes to any of these, it may be time to step back. Help is available. And it’s free and confidential.

In the United States, the National Council on Problem Gambling runs a 24/7 helpline: 1-800-GAMBLER. They offer support, referrals, and information about state-specific resources. Many states also operate their own self-exclusion programs through the state gaming regulator. Contact your regulator directly to learn how to exclude yourself from all licensed online casinos in your state.

Protecting Minors

Shuffle does not allow anyone under 18 to open an account. We verify age during registration using government-issued ID and other documents. If we suspect underage access, we freeze the account and investigate.

If you share a computer or device with minors, consider installing blocking software like Net Nanny or K9 Web Protection. These tools prevent access to gambling sites at the device level.

Account and Fair Play Rules

You must be at least 18 years old, located in a state where online casino gaming is legal, and hold only one account with Shuffle. We require identity and address verification before processing your first withdrawal. This protects both you and us from fraud.

Bonuses come with terms: wagering requirements, eligible games, expiration dates, and maximum cashout amounts. Abusing bonus offers, such as creating multiple accounts or exploiting game flaws, will void your bonus and may lead to account closure.

We monitor for prohibited behavior, including collusion, automated play (bots), and fraudulent chargebacks. Violations can result in forfeited winnings or permanent bans.

If you have a complaint, contact our support team first. If unresolved, you may escalate the matter to the state gaming regulator overseeing our license.

Privacy and Data Use

We collect several types of data:, Identity and contact details for account creation, Payment information to process deposits and withdrawals, Technical data like IP addresses and device type for security, Usage logs to detect fraud and improve service

We share data only with payment processors, identity verification partners, and regulators. Never for sale. Records are kept as required by law, typically five to seven years.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or transfer your data. To exercise these rights, email our privacy team. We use encryption to protect data in transit and restrict internal access to what’s necessary for operations.
