Shuffle Shuffle

Terms

These Terms explain your rights and responsibilities when you use Shuffle. They cover how the site works, what rules apply to play, how your data is handled, and what support is available if gambling stops being fun. Read them carefully before you create an account or place any bets.

Responsible Gambling

Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a way to earn money or solve financial problems. If you feel you are losing control, help is available. And it’s free and confidential.

Shuffle offers tools to help you stay in charge: - Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can add to your account. - Loss limits: Restrict how much you can lose over a set period. - Session time limits: Automatically log you out after a chosen number of minutes per session. - Reality checks: Receive pop-up reminders showing how long you’ve been playing. - Cooling-off periods: Take a break for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your account will be locked during this time. - Self-exclusion: Close your account for a minimum of six months. You cannot reopen it during this period, even if you change your mind.

Any limit you lower takes effect right away. If you want to raise a limit, a 24-hour waiting period applies to give you time to reconsider.

Warning signs of problem gambling include chasing losses, lying about how much you’ve spent, or using gambling to escape stress. If any of these sound familiar, contact the National Council on Problem Gambling (1-800-522-4700) or visit their website for support.

Accounts are open only to people aged 18 or older. We verify age and identity during registration. If you share a computer with minors, consider using parental control software like Net Nanny or K9 Web Protection to block access.

Account and Game Rules

You may open one account only. Multiple accounts are not allowed and will be closed. You must be physically located in a state where online casino gaming is legal at the time of play.

Before your first withdrawal, we will ask for documents to confirm your identity, address, and payment method. This is standard practice under state gaming regulations and helps prevent fraud.

Bonuses come with conditions. Most require you to wager the bonus amount a certain number of times before you can withdraw winnings. Not all games count equally toward this requirement. Slots usually do, but table games may contribute less or not at all. Bonuses expire if unused within the stated period, and there’s often a cap on how much you can cash out from bonus funds. If we detect bonus abuse, such as creating multiple accounts or exploiting system errors, we may cancel the offer and any related winnings.

Inactive accounts (no login for 12 months) may be closed. Any remaining balance will be held for up to five years, but a dormancy fee may apply after 18 months of inactivity, as permitted by state law.

Fair play is required. Using bots, colluding with other players, or attempting chargebacks on legitimate deposits violates our rules and may result in account closure and reporting to authorities.

Privacy and Data Use

We collect several types of information: - Identity and contact details (name, email, phone, address) for account setup and communication. - Payment information (card or bank details) processed securely through third-party providers. - Technical data (IP address, device type, browsing behavior) to run the site and prevent fraud.

We process this data because it’s necessary to provide our service, meet legal obligations (like anti-money laundering rules), and protect our systems. Your data is never sold. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and state gaming regulators. But only as needed.

Records are kept for five years after account closure, as required by law. You have the right to see your data, correct errors, request deletion (where legally allowed), or object to certain uses. To exercise these rights, contact our support team.

Cookies are used to keep you logged in (essential), analyze site performance (analytics), and show relevant ads (marketing). You can manage preferences through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may stop the site from working.

All data sent between your device and our servers is encrypted. Access to your personal information is limited to staff who need it for their job.

Complaints and Changes

If you have a dispute, contact customer support first. If it isn’t resolved within 14 days, you may escalate it to your state gaming regulator.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Significant changes will be posted on the site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the new terms.
